Robert A. Maes formerly executive vice president has been elected president of the Donner Foundation, of Philadelphia, large philanthropic organization, to succeed Robert Donner, son of the founder, the late William H. Donner. Robert Donner became chairman of the board. Maes, a native of New Orleans and resident of Phoenixville, Pa., joined the Donner Foundation in 1950.
