Photo of a portrait by Fred A. Demmler of Abner Little Merrill PEA 1838, 1826-1916. His biography reads "A native of Exeter, Class of 1838, he was a prosperous local merchant and manufacturer. He gave the buildings which were remodeled to house the Academy's administrative offices, on the side where Merrill hall is now located."
