There is a quadrangle of two acres in front. The building is directly opposite the laboratories at the left of the main academy building. Room No. 1, on first floor, extends the full depth of the building, and has six windows and fireplace. Suite 3, on second floor, with the same area, has a separate bedroom in the rear, with three windows; there is a fireplace in study. Suite 5, on third floor, has a bedroom with windows overlooking the front of house, and fireplace in main room. Rooms 2, 4, and 6, on opposite side of house, are large rooms with four windows each.
